Terms and Conditions

1) Information on how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2) This competition is being run at the Jam Factory, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141.

3) Full name, address, phone number and any other required contact details must be stated clearly on the website membership form, or as specified in the email.

4) The competition commences at 9am on Monday 5 July, 2010 and concludes at 9am  Thursday 15 July, 2010.

5) The entrant must be 16 years or over.

6) Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter, and any other agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

7) An entry that is incomplete, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries or claims for the prizes and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry of claim for a prize which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

8 ) Prize consists one double pass to the premier of Killers on Tuesday the 21 July. Tickets will be mailed out prior to the date and the winners must arrive before 6pm to enter the theatre. There will be three winners in total.

9) The winners of the competition will be drawn prior to 12 noon on Thursday 15 July and contacted by phone or call no later than 5pm that day.

10) All entrants into the competition must agree to become or continue to be part of the Jam Factory Database, accepting further communications from the Jam Factory. If they do not agree then the entry is not valid for this particular competition.

12) By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.

13) The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
