Customer Service Centre Management is located on Level 1. Services available include lost property, general customer enquiries. The office operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. |

Public Toilets Public Toilets are available on the basement level, next to Dizingof at the Chapel Street entrance and on the ground level near the Pancake Parlour. |

Parent Room Facilities Parent room facilities are located on the ground floor of the Centre. The room contains nappy change tables, a microwave oven and secure toilet facilities.”Parents with Prams” parking bays have also been provided and are conveniently located close to the Centre’s entrance. |

Wheelchair Hire and Disability Access Wheelchair access is also available at both entrances to the Centre. Lifts are available both in the Carpark and in the Centre up to Level 1. |

Photo BoothsThere are two photo booths in the centre.
1. Located at the front of the centre, next to Paparazzi. This booth delivers black and white photos in 3 minutes. 2. Located to right of the Village ticket box.
