		Customer Service Centre Management is located on Level 1. Services available include lost property, general customer enquiries. The office operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
		Jam Factory Carpark Is this South Yarra”s best kept secret? 970 carparking spaces, and not a parking inspector in sight! Keep your visit stress free with low cost undercover parking at the rear of the Jam Factory. The Jam Factory Carpark open 24 hours, every day of the year and is easily accessible via Garden Street or Palermo Street (both off Chapel Street), South Yarra. Click here For more information
		Public Toilets Public Toilets are available on the basement level, at the Chapel Street entrance and on the ground level near the Pancake Parlour.
		Parent Room Facilities Parent room facilities are located on the ground floor of the Centre. The room contains nappy change tables and secure toilet facilities.”Parents with Prams” parking bays have also been provided and are conveniently located close to the Centre’s entrance.
		Wheelchair and Disability Access Wheelchair access is also available at both entrances to the Centre. Lifts are available both in the Carpark and in the Centre up to Level 1.
		Public Phones Telstra payphones are available at the entrance and the rear of the centre
