By Road
If travelling by road, direct access is available from the Chapel Street coming from either Dandenong Road or Toorak road directions.

By Train
South Yarra Station is located on Toorak Road.  A short train trip from the CBD completes the journey to the Jam Factory, however, for the more energetic, the station is only a short 2 minute walk along to Toorak Road then another 5 minutes along Chapel Street to the Jam Factory. If not, you can catch the tram.

The number 78 and 79 tram runs along Chapel Street.

By Bike

Victoria has a large network of off-road bicycle paths and on-road bicycle lanes. The Capital City Trail comes to within easy reach of the Jam Factory. Visit www.vicroads.vic.gov.au for maps of the nearby bike tracks. When at the Centre, bicycle racks are conveniently located with the car park, just near the ticket pay station on the ground floor.

Parking
The Jam Factory has an undercover car park with over 950 car parking spaces with easy access to the Centre. The car park is open 24 hours 365 days.$5 Parking is available for when you spend more than $5, or prepay within the first half hour of your visit and its only $7. Maximum daily rate for parking is $10.00

A number of parking spaces are available for the Mobility Impaired are located adjacent all entrances. The Centre also has a number of parking spaces allocated for Parents with Prams. Clear colour-coded car parking signage directs to each floor, this coloured coded system is also visible at the lifts. Signage at the entrances to the Centre reminds customers of which car park they are entering/leaving.

There is two entrance / exists both accessible to Chapel Street. You enter via Garden Street or Palmero Road.
