Environmental Initiatives
At the Jam Factory, caring for the environment is always at the forefront. The Jam Factory is continually working on ways to make a difference to the environment.
ITEMS INCLUDE
- Sub metering of water and electricity usage to monitor waste
- Pressure flow control / reduction valves on all taps
- Installation of waterless urinals, replacing 30 standard urinals which will equate to a water saving of 2 million litres annually
- Bamboo and recycled sugar cane toilet paper
The Jam Factory will continue its strong commitment to working with South East Water and the State Government, as we embrace Stage 3A Water restrictions.
